We have stayed at Lifestyle Apartments at Ferntree many times in the past couple of years. The first time we stayed when we came up from the coast to visit family and friends. We have stayed in various apartments at Lifestyle and have enjoyed our stay thoroughly every time. The rooms are large and every convenience is available. Because the management live on the premises, the security and safety factor is very high. This is important to a woman travelling on her own. The apartments are quiet and private and car parking is great. The kitchens are well equipped and the linen service is excellent.
The apartments are clean and fresh and light filled. Heating and cooling are top class. They are close to shops and public transport.
Also very close to tourist attractions in the Dandenongs and Lifestyle have plenty of information available for guests. The management have always been exceedingly helpful and friendly. Last year we came to Lifestyle and stayed for an extended period as a family member had passed away.
The people at Lifestyle were so kind and it felt like a home away from home. I cannot recommend Lifestyle on Ferntree highly enough.
The views of the hills are gorgeous too. The management and staff at Lifestyle are to be commended for their attention to the comfort of their guests at all times. I look forward to coming to Lifestyle again as soon as possible.

A couple of months ago I was looking for quality overnight accommodation for my husband, who was required to travel to Melbourne from interstate at short notice. I researched on the internet and also phoned the local Visitor's Centre and came up with Lifestyle Apartments at Ferntree. A month later we relocated and were looking for comfortable, self-contained accommodation for 3+ weeks, so Ferntree was at the top of our list after my husband's positive experience.
We found our apartment to be very clean and comfortable, as well as having adequate space and storage for our carload of luggage! As this was to be our temporary home for a while it was important to keep up our daily routines, right down to making a fresh vegetable juice each day! The full size kitchen, comfortable bed, good bathroom and laundry facilities enabled us to do just that. As I was around most of the day, I appreciated knowing that Management were right there or on call. Management and Staff were extremely obliging, friendly, attentive and made us feel right at home. We found the generous room rate deduction for a longer stay to be helpful also.
The convenient location of Lifestyle Apartments are a big plus. It was great for me to be able to walk over the road to the Convenience store or to nearby supermarkets, as well as Ferntree Gully Village just a 10 minute stroll away. With the Dandenong Ranges providing a magnificent backdrop, we were enticed to take a leisurely 20 minute drive one weekend, where we enjoyed all the area has to offer. We also needed to make regular trips into the inner suburbs, which we found easily accessible, with good link roads from Ferntree Gully to the M1 freeway.
We highly recommend Lifestyle Apartments at Ferntree for quality, well-priced, clean and comfortable stays, whether short term or long term.

I am from South Africa and based in Melbourne, Australia for a six months work contract. The company I am working for, namely SYSPRO had previously used Lifestyle Apartments for other employees and/or contractors in a similar situation to myself. Since they were happy with previous dealings, they decided to use Lifestyle Apartments as a home base for myself. I have found the accommodation pleasant and comfortable, and the furnishings, appliances and amenities within the apartment to be more than complimentary to my requirements.
I would be happy to recommend Lifestyle Apartments to others.

My friends and I stayed at Lifestyle Apartments while I was celebrating my 30th birthday in Melbourne. The staff was most helpful, informing us that we could check in at an earlier time and accommodating for a late check out too. I was informed about Lifestyle Apartments through family members, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for accommodation in the Knox area.

We unfortunately were out of our home after a minor disaster (tree crashed through our roof) and our insurance covered our stay at Lifestyle Apartments. We were lucky that we could choose the place and after staying at a different apartment first and feeling very much like we were not at home we searched for something with more than the basics. Our stay at Lifestyle made a very uprooting time in our lives much easier to cope with.
It was close to shops, always had parking, was quiet and had all of the things we needed to cook and keep our lives as normal as possible while our house was being fixed.
